SELF EXCLUSION
NOTES
If you feel that you are having difficulties controlling your gambling, you may self exclude yourself above - it will take effect immediately. Alternatively, you may request self exclusion by contacting our customer service@yoyocasinoteam.com, just note that these requests are not processed immediately and requires our confirmation.
You may also wish to contact Gamblers Anonymous, the National Council on Problem Gambling or Gambling Theraphy for advice and support.
Once applied, you will not be able to access the account during the selected period. We will make every reasonable effort to return the balance to you.
Any request to remove a self-exclusion before its expiration date will not be considered.
Any new accounts you try to open during the self exclusion period will be blocked as soon as detected and funds can be confiscated without any prior notice.
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that you do not receive any marketing within two (2) business days of confirming your self exclusion.
Once the self exclusion has expired, your account will remain restricted until you take further steps to request the reactivation of your accoount by contacting our customer service at service@yoyocasinoteam.com. Following your request to remove the self exclusion, it will be applied immediately.

If you increase or remove your existing limit, a cool-off period of 24 hours will apply.
